I think I met R. R. Rao few years back in Hyderabad. One of my friend was teaching CRM in the local Hyderabad institute (I forgot the institute name) that time and he introduced me to Mr. Rao.
I have been living in USA for last 8 years, I do get an opportunity to once in two years to meet friends in Hyd. I think you are doing great job with this blog. Keep up the good work. I will definitely update the stuff whenever I get a chance.
