moreover all the extractions to bi are same... but you need to find out what the client business and go to RSA5 and install... Here in CRM you have a URL, where you will create some type of sales orders, once it is done you will run the batch job...

So start with CRM Standard BI content datasources, datatargets and finally reports... Then later on we need to do custom build based on the client requirements. As of now start with SAP delivered things..
