BI-CRM Extraction

Hi Friends,

Can someone send me a document which explains clearly how to extract CRM data into BI. I have gone through different links in SDN, but still could not get a clear picture of how its done. As I have been getting a lot of CRM requirements, I am trying to learn about this as I did not had a chance to work in this area till now.

I would really appreciate if someone has those documents.

So start with CRM Standard BI content datasources, datatargets and finally reports... Then later on we need to do custom build based on the client requirements. As of now start with SAP delivered things..

moreover all the extractions to bi are same... but you need to find out what the client business and go to RSA5 and install...

Here in CRM you have a URL, where you will create some type of sales orders, once it is done you will run the batch job and with the help of interface it will appear the same sales order in ECC and the remaining process is the same... like sales order --> delivery of goods --> billing..
